Raj saved me from what I thought was going to be a long, painful and debilitating pain in my lower back. After one treatment I was astounded by the results I experienced. The pain was gone! It felt like magic! I had to call him to make sure that what I was experiencing was real. I had one more treatment to ensure continued results and I still feel great. His Acupuncture Treatment along with Shock Therapy and applied Heating seemed to be exactly what I needed to rid myself of the unwelcome discomfort. MYy name is veronica and I have been coming to physio for a while now at Body care physio and rehab.Needless to say I am so impress with the care I receive here.I had multiple issues that required a variety of tremendous.My physio Keval is the best.Undwr his care I am returning to normal and able to participate in activities i couldn't do before.This clinic has all the latest technology and is very current and up to date in all modalities.Receptionist Alpa is very good as well and always greet you with a smile and always encourange you to do your best. would recommend this clinic to anyone who is serious about returning to their optimal level of functioning after an accident or illness. ~ Veronica G

I came in for physio after spending 14 weeks in a cast with both bones in my forearm broken in two different ways. Within a few months I was back living my life almost fully because of Body Care Physio and Neela. The team there are very kind and considerate and get to understand not only the injury but you as a person as well. I 100% believe that the reason I have healed so well is because they understood me and planned around me pushing myself more than I should when not there. I’m incredibly grateful for the care I received at Body Care Physio and Rehab in Ajax. Their location is super convenient if you’re in Ajax/Durham Region. The clinic is clean, organized, comfortable, and there was no long wait to be seen. Lakshmi my physiotherapist was so compassionate and took the time to thoroughly review my medical history to ensure I was comfortable and that the deep neck, shoulder and spine massage and laser therapy were safe and appropriate for me vs the other treatments they offered as I have a metal plate implanted in my cervical spine. Raj the physiotherapist was also incredibly kind, empathetic, and attentive. When he initially saw how much pain I was in, he went above and beyond to help and encouraged me to begin treatment, especially after conventional treatments and surgeries had failed to provide the relief I needed. Just an amazing place to go for all your Physio and Chiro needs. Very clean andspacious location. In detail attention to your health issue is given and a customised treatment is created for you. The aura is really welcoming and the staff is simply amazing. Raju is the best in terms of providing one on one care and making sure your treetment is top notch. The front desk staff are friendly & welcoming. The physio assistants knew their jobs well. Lakshmi my physiotherapist assessed my situation quickly & very accurately. More accurately than my DR did! She explained the treatment protocol clearly & did not waste any time in proceeding to treat me during my first visit. It's obvious she has lots of experience & is an expert in her field. After undergoing surgery to repair a broken arm with a plate and screws, I came to them with limited mobility, weakness, and a lot of uncertainty about how fully I would recover. My experience here was quick and easy. I actually had a workplace injury (they do WSIB direct billing) and this clinic was conveniently located around my neighbourhood. The team here worked with my schedule to book appointments and always finished in a timely manner. Dr. Krishna was lovely to deal with, and clearly an expert in her work. However with the experience and rehabilitation knowledge they have here at Body care physio & rehab. Monica was amazing. Three weeks ago I could barely lift my right arm because of severe back, neck, shoulder, and nerve pain. She took the time to understand what was going on and created a treatment plan that truly worked. The pain has significantly improved, and the exercises she gave me made a real difference. I can’t think the team of Bodycare Physio enough! My shoulder pain has gone from pain level 8 to level 1-2. My therapist, Neel, actually works on the area herself before machines are used. She is very friendly and easy to talk to and always remembers our conversations. The rest of the staff are so kind and professional. I had an amazing experience at this facility. I had neck pain which was radiating through my arm. Took couple of sessions of physiotherapy with Raj and started feeling much better with my pain. They have used different techniques and modalities which helped me a lot. The facility is very organized and clean. Staff is friendly and supportive. I went there for my neck pain. I got the appointment right away and direct made the billing process easy . The physio and staff are very well trained and they also believe in educating their clients about what they are doing during the treatment. I started feeling better after the 2nd session itself. I have had a great experience here. The direct billing is fantastic and they are very responsive to emails/phone calls about appointments. I like the reminder emails/texts as well. I contacted Body Care Physio & Rehab for assistance with vestibular issues. I started to feel improvement within the first couple sessions with Raj. He is very knowledgeable and patient, and suggested very effective exercises. The assistants are also very helpful and check to make sure you are comfortable. I have been going for physio since 2011, and this location is one of those gold nuggets. The staff is very friendly, and the therapist is knowledgeable.
